7.3 Powerstroke

Locate the solenoid valve and follow the RED hoses to the intake and wastegate actuator (yellow circle above).  Disconnect and seal open tubes with white plastic plugs. [To return to stock simply reconnect red hoses.] Connect Boostvalve's bottom inlet fitting to intake port using a portion of the supplied hose. (left photo above)  Then attach the outlet side of the Boostvalve to the Wastegate Actuator. (right photo above)  Secure all hoses with either hose clamps or tie-wraps. Boost pressure may be adjusted by turning adjustment knob. A boost pressure gauge is highly recommended during initial adjustments. To decrease boost turn knob Counter Clock Wise (loosen=less).  After adjusting always tighten locknut securely to prevent vibration from loosening cap.
